أجندة بهجة

دعاء الدريس   أجندة بهجة مستوحاة من قصة (بهجة)، وهي أجندة تشجع الطفل على التدوين اليومي، تركز بشكل أساسي على فهم الذات عن طريق التعبير عن المشاعر، فكلما تعرف الطفل على مشاعره بمسمياتها ومسبباتها سيسهل عليه التعامل معها بشكل صحي، الوعي الذاتي منذ الطفولة يعتبر عامل مهم لبناء شخصية متزنة على المستوى المشاعري والعاطفي، كذلك أجندة (بهجة) تحمس الطفل على تكوين عادات إيجابية والتركيز على الامتنان وتقدير النعم البسيطة الجميلة في الحياة اليومية كما تصوّرت في قصة (بهجة). الفئة المناسبة: بالتأكيد تناسب كل طفل تعلم الكتابة، ولكنها أيضاً صممت لتناسب الأعمار الأصغر من ذلك بدعم من المربي في كتابة بعض الإجابات البسيطة، كما يستطيع الطفل القادر على التعبير الكلامي عن شعوره أن يعتمد على الرسم في التدوين.

This journal is inspired by the story “Bahja”, which means Joy. It encourages the child to journal his thoughts and feelings daily. It mainly focuses on understanding oneself by expressing thoughts and feelings. The more the child is familiar with the different feelings and their names, the easier it is for him/her to deal with those feelings in a healthy manner. Being self-conscious or self-aware from early childhood is considered a stepping stone for building an emotionally and passionately balanced character. Bahja Journal also encourages the child to develop positive habits. It focuses on thankfulness and appreciation for the small beautiful blessings that exist in our daily life as seen in the children’s book “Bahja”.

Suitable age category It is surely suitable for any child who learned how to write. It is also designed to accommodate younger ages with parental guidance. Children who are able to verbally express their feelings can depend on drawing as a form of journaling.
